环首都经济圈矿产资源开发利用态势及对策研究

摘要

The economic circle in Hebei around the capital is rich in mineral resources, and the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources not only plays an important role in supporting the social economy development of the circle area and Beijing, but is the material base for Hebei to make strategic planning and implementation for the circle. Through analyzing characteristic of mineral resources, potential and resources industry chain of the circle, this article elaborates the constitution, regional distribution, matching features and the economic potential of mineral resources in this region, and studies the exploitation status and development trend of mineral resources of the circle. Based on the existing problems, some corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are put forward in order to promote the smooth implementation of the great strategic planning.%河北省环首都经济圈矿产资源丰富,矿产资源的开发利用,不仅对地区及北京市社会经济发展具有重要的支撑作用,更是河北省环首都经济圈战略规划建设和实施的物质基础。通过对河北省环首都经济圈矿产资源基础、潜力及资源产业链构成特征分析,剖析了本地区矿产资源的构成、区域分布、匹配性特征及经济潜力,研究了环首都经济圈矿产资源开发利用现状和发展演变态势,查找当前存在的主要问题,并据此提出相应的改进对策和建议,以推动河北省环首都经济圈重大战略规划的顺利实施。
