This paper proposes the research-based teaching model in the course of E-government for training college student ’ s information literacy .It starts with the analysis of the curricular characteristics and teaching goals of ‘E-government ’ .The arrangement of teaching content , instructional design and teaching resources integration are the keys to unify the curriculum teaching and the college student ’ s information literacy training .%从“电子政务”课程性质与教学目标分析入手,探讨在研究型教学理念下,如何实现电子政务教学与大学生信息素质培养的统一。重点从教学内容组织、教学环节设计和教学资源整合三个方面提出解决问题的思路。
