中国医疗卫生服务水平评价研究

摘要

This article based on China's 31 provinces ( municipalities and autonomous regions ) of the medical and health service situation as the research object , according to per capita gross national product ( GNP)is the adminis-trative area is divided into three kinds of areas , high income ,middle income and low income , build health service level evaluation index system , using simple linear weighted method from 2007 to 2011 in 31 provinces ( municipali-ties and autonomous regions ) to evaluate the health service level of analysis , to optimize medical resources alloca-tion in China provide the scientific reference basis .%　　当前中国的医疗卫生服务水平在不同地区之间存在较大差异，为此有必要对中国整体医疗卫生服务水平进行综合评价，进而优化资源配置，充分利用卫生资源以提高中国整体卫生服务水平。以中国31个省（市、自治区）的医疗卫生服务情况为研究对象，按照人均国民生产总值将中国行政区域划分为高收入、中等收入和低收入三类地区，构建医疗卫生服务水平评价指标体系，采用简单线性加权方法对2007年-2011年中国31个省（市、自治区）的医疗卫生服务水平进行评价分析，为优化中国医疗资源配置提供科学有力的参考依据。
