近年来，由温室气体排放引起的全球气候变暖问题日益受到国际社会的广泛关注。后经济危机时代，全球经济在深度调整中逐步复苏，低碳经济已成为世界各国寻求经济复苏、应对气候问题、实现经济社会可持续发展的共同战略选择，在此背景下，西方发达国家提出了碳关税政策，国际碳交易市场也到了迅速发展。从碳关税和碳交易视角出发，分析了当前低碳经济背景下我国对外贸易面临的新问题，并据此提出了应对策略。%In recent years,the global warming caused by greenhouse gas emissions has been increasingly concerned by the international community. In the post-crisis era after the economic crisis,the global e-conomy is gradually recovering in the depth adjustment,and low- carbon economy has become the com-mon strategic choice of countries in the world for economic recovery,climate issues,and sustainable devel-opment. Under this background,the western developed countries proposed the carbon tariffs policy,and the international carbon trading market has developed rapidly,too. From the perspective of carbon tariffs and carbon trading,this paper analyzes the new problems China's foreign trade is facing under the back-ground of low-carbon economy,and finally provides some suggestions about the problems.
