皮孔的组织结构与苹果枝干轮纹病抗性的关系

     

摘要

'Jiguan', 'Liquan spur' apple and the off-springs of apple rootstocks were used to study the correlation between lenticel structure and anti-infection and resistance to Botryospha-eria berengeriana f. Piricola on apple stem. The results showed that anti-infection ability was consistent with the resistance ability, and the lenticel structure was different among different materials. The lenticel structure of resistant materials exhibited the characteristic of later opening more and clearer closed layers, more supplementary tissue, tightly arranged phelloderm cells, which could effectively hinder the infecton of ring rot spores. But the lenticel structure of susceptible materials was just the opposite.%以‘鸡冠’、‘礼泉短枝’及苹果砧木的实生后代为试材,对其皮孔组织结构与抗轮纹病菌侵染能力和抗病性的相关性进行了研究.结果表明:不同抗性试材的抗侵染能力与抗病性基本一致;不同的抗性材料间的皮孔组织结构存在着差异,抗性试材皮孔开裂较晚,封闭层多导致分层明显,补充组织多,栓内层细胞排列紧密,可有效的阻碍轮纹病菌孢子的入侵.感性试材的皮孔组织结构与之相反.
