猪胆粉抗炎作用研究

         

摘要

In order to study the anti-inflammatory effects and anti-inflammatory mechanism of Pig bile powder,the anti-inflammatory effects of Pig bile powder were observed by the acute and chronic inflammatory models of the mice ear swelling method,the mice foot swelling method and the mice cotton ball granuloma method.Through determination of histamine content in the mice toes inflammatory exudate,Leukotriene B4 (LTB4) and Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) content in the mice airsac inflammatory exudate,the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Pig bile powder was preliminary explored.The results showed that in the high dose group of Pig bile powder(400 mg/kg)significantly inhibit the swelling of mice ear caused by xylene,the swelling of mice foot caused by egg white,the granuloma of mice by cotton ball (P<0.05),and significantly reduced histamine content in the inflammatory exudate of mice,the concentration of PGE2 and LTB4 in the mice airbag inflammatory exudate (P<0.01).In the middle dose group of Pig bile powder(200 mg/kg)significantly inhibit the swelling of mice ear caused by xylene,the swelling of mice foot caused by egg white,the granuloma of mice by cotton ball (P<0.01),and reduced histamine content in the inflammatory exudate of mice,the concentration of PGE2 and LTB4 in the mice airbag inflammatory exudate significantly (P <0.01).The effect of low dose group (100 mg / kg) was not significant(P>0.05).The above experimental results indicate that pig bile powder has obvious anti-inflammatory effects,and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of histamine secretion and effect of the metabolism of arachidonic acid.%为研究猪胆粉抗炎作用及其抗炎机制,采用小鼠耳肿胀法、小鼠足肿胀法、小鼠棉球肉芽肿法急性和慢性炎症模型,观察猪胆粉抗炎作用,通过测定小鼠足趾炎性渗出液中组胺含量,小鼠气囊炎渗出液中白三烯B4(leukotriene B4,LTB4)、前列腺素E2 (prostaglandin E2,PGE2)含量探究猪胆粉抗炎机制.结果显示:猪胆粉高剂量组(400 mg/kg)对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、蛋清致小鼠足肿胀、棉球致小鼠肉芽肿有显著抑制作用(P<0.05),对小鼠足趾炎性渗出物中组胺含量、小鼠气囊炎渗出液中PGE2和LTB4的浓度有极显著的降低作用(P<0.01).中剂量组(200 mg/kg)对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、蛋清致小鼠足肿胀、棉球致小鼠肉芽肿有极显著抑制作用(P<0.01),对小鼠足趾炎性渗出物中组胺含量、小鼠气囊炎渗出液中PGE2和LTB4的浓度有极显著的降低作用(P<0.01).低剂量组(100 mg/kg)效果不明显(P>0.05).结果表明,猪胆粉具有显著抗炎作用,其作用机制可能与降低组胺分泌及影响花生四烯酸代谢有关.
