灌浆期淹水时间对冬小麦旗叶光合特性的影响

             

摘要

The effects of waterlogging time in filling stage on photosynthetic characteristics of winter wheat flag leaves were studied,and four waterlogging times were set including 3 d,6 d,9 d and 12 d.The results showed that the photosynthetic performance of wheat flag leaves was reduced by waterlogging.The photosynthetic rate of two species showed a bimodal curve,intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance showed upward trends,and the stomatal limitation value was declined.Short time waterlogging was advantageous to wheat production at the early filling stage,and long time waterlogging could cause early senescence of wheat.The results could provid the theoretical support for reducing the loss of droughts and floods in north China.%为了探讨灌浆期不同淹水时间对小麦旗叶光合特性的影响程度,在池栽补灌条件下,研究了灌浆期淹水3 d、6 d、9 d和12 d对冬小麦旗叶光合特性的影响。结果表明:淹水可导致小麦旗叶光合速率上升后又下降的光合性能降低,2个品种的光合速率均呈双峰曲线,细胞间隙CO2浓度和气孔导度均呈上升趋势,气孔限制值呈下降趋势。灌浆前期短时间淹水对小麦生产有利,但长时间淹水会引起小麦早衰,本研究结果可为华北地区旱涝急转的灾害损失提供理论支撑。
