提升高校社会服务能力,促进大学高质量人才培养

摘要

The social service that is offered by universities is an very important way for im- proving the education quality, and also contribute a lot to the further development of higher edu- cation and cultivating students' innovative awareness and competence, the paper proposes that cultivation high-quality talents should be the primary task of social service. Teachers should take part in the social service to improve their teaching skills, it is also believed that talent training should consider their social adaptability with the guidance of social service philosophy.%高校社会服务作为促进大学高质量人才培养的重要手段,在促进现代高校教育发展、培养大学生创新意识和能力等方面作用显著。文章提出高校应坚持以高质量人才培养作为社会服务的首要任务,积极鼓励教师参与社会服务以提升教育教学水平,并应注重在社会服务理念指引下增强人才培养的社会适应性。
