论信任在大学教学中的应用——基于皮格马利翁效应的解读

Pygmalion Effect is an energy coming from praise, trust, and expectation, which is possibly able to change a person＇ s behavior. Considering this theory,it is proposed to use trust as a teaching strategy in college English class. In practice, teachers, students, and school managing system should play their role as guide, subject and director.%皮格马利翁效应是赞美、信任和期望所赋有的一种能量,它能改变一个人的行为。在大学教学中实现皮格马利翁效应,必须充分重视信任在教学中的应用。大学教学中信任的广泛实现,需要充分发挥好教师、学生、学校教育系统各自的主导、主体与主管作用。
