电老化聚乙烯的热激电流和热释光研究

         

摘要

Polyethylene (PE) samples were aged under an ac stress of 50 kV/mm for different times. Thermally stimulated current (TSC) and Thermoluminescence (TL) were simulataneously detected by a United Spectrum Instrument. The test results show that the space charges in the samples increase with aging time. Aging not only increases the densities of traps and luminesscence centers (LC) in γ, β and α relaxation regions of PE sample, but also does trap depths in β and α relaxation regions.%聚乙烯(PE)样品在50kV/mm的交流电场下老化不同时间,用联合谱仪同时测量了老化样品的热激电流(TSC)和热释光(TL).测试结果显示:空间电荷随着老化时间的增加而增加.老化不仅增加了PE样品中γ,β,α松驰区的陷阱和发光中心的浓度,而且也增加了β和α松驰区的陷阱深度.
