基于网络租金的中小企业集群分析

摘要

With the increasing development of economic globalization and the competition in the market since the 1970s,SME cluster research has become an important issue both in theory and practice.Cluster is an important characteristic of SME.It is not only beneficial to overcome the various problems,but also to make use of the gathering advantages,and it will enhance the competitive ability of enterprises.In this paper,we study the SME cluster in perspective of the network rent,and use the Pareto optimal standard to analyze the network effects.We come to the conclusion that network rent is an important value source for SME cluster and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on this idea,we offer some policy implications for SME clusters.%在经济全球化以及市场竞争日益激烈的背景下,20世纪70年代以后,中小企业集群研究已成为一个理论和实践界关注的重要问题,集群是中小企业存在的一种重要特征,它不仅有利于克服中小企业单独存在产生的种种弊病,而且能够发挥企业集聚所带来的各种优势,提高企业的竞争力。从网络租金这个角度着手,对中小企业集群现象进行研究,运用经济学中帕累托最优标准,对网络效应进行分析,得出获取网络租金不仅是企业集群重要的价值来源,而且有助于提升企业的竞争优势这个结论,并提出了中小企业集群的政策含义。
