区域物流效率评价及其空间效应研究

         

摘要

Abstratc :Based on the input-output index of the urban logistics, make an empirical analys is about the temporal-spatio distribution of 13 cities in jiangsu province from 2003 to 2012 total factor productivity of the logistics industry by using the method of Malmquist and ESDA .The research results show that from the temporal distribution, the inspection period city logistics achieved an average of 6.2% negative growth in total factor pro-ductivity,Technological progress -7% negative growth effect is the driving force of its decline , pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in-crease 0.1% and 0.8%respectively accelerate the "catch-up effect"of the efficiency improvement to achieve positive growth of 0.9%.From the spatial distribution, the southern jiangsu, middle and north jiangsu area have a significant difference in total factor productivity, TFP showed a trend of "collapse"north-south gradient descent in central; Regional Logistics TFP in space geographic distribution serious path dependence, with sig-nificant clustering and low flow characteristics of each city region you want from the original cluster , there are some difficulties;From the perspec-tive of tinle and space,proposing leveraging feasible measures for sustainable development of uran logistics.%基于城市物流的投入产出指标,借助Malmquist非参数指数模型和ESDA探索性数据分析,从时空分布上对2006—2013年江苏省13个地级市的物流业全要素生产率进行实证分析。研究结果表明:在时间分布上,考察期内江苏省城市物流全要素生产率实现了平均62.%的负向增长率,技术进步-7%的负向“增长效应”是其下降的源头,纯技术效率和规模效率分别提升0.1%和0.8%,共同促进效率改善的“追赶效应”达到0.9%的正向增长力。在空间分布上,苏南、苏北和苏中等三大区域的全要素生产率差异显著,呈中部“塌陷”南北梯度下降趋势;区域物流全要素生产率在空间地理分布上有严重的路径依赖性,具有明显的集聚性和低流动性的特征,各个市域若要脱离原来的集群存在一定的困难。据此提出撬动城市物流业可持续发展的可行性措施。
