PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy efficiency evaluation support device that can display a new screen for evaluation of energy efficiency.SOLUTION: There is provided an energy efficiency evaluation support device including: a model setting unit that receives the setting of a model representing the relationship between an index of energy consumption and relevant variables; a data collection unit that collects the index of energy consumption to be evaluated and the actual value of the relevant variables; and an evaluation screen creation unit that creates a screen for evaluating energy efficiency in which one axis represents the actual value of the index of energy consumption and the other axis represents an energy consumption index value model calculation value that is calculated from the actual value of the relevant variables by using the model, and the values are plotted on the screen.
