北五味子中三萜总皂苷提取工艺优化

         

摘要

优选北五味子中三萜总皂苷的提取工艺。采用正交试验设计系统考察乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数4因素对三萜总皂苷得率的影响。五味子中总三萜皂苷最佳提取工艺为10倍量70%乙醇、提取3次,2 h/次。优选的提取工艺简单、可靠,重复性好,为北五味子总皂苷进一步研究提供参考。%To optimize the best extraction technology of total triterpenoid saponin in schizan-dra chinensis .With ethanol concentration , solvent consumption , extraction time and extrac-tion times as affecting factors , the yield of total triterpenes saponin content was optimized by the orthogonal experiment .The results indicated that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the concentration of ethanol 70%, 10 times of volume , 120 min of extraction time and extracting three times .The optimized extraction technology was simple and reliable with good repeatability providing reference for the further research of total triterpenes saponin of schisandra chinensis .
