To establish an HPLC method for determining the contents of related substances in vinpocetine.The chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column (4.6 ×250 mm, 5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.2 mol/L ammonium acetate (55:45);the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the injection volume was 20 μL.The detection wavelength was 280 nm.The Results indicated that the calibration curves of related sub-stances had a good linearity.The specificity was strong and the precision and stability were good.The method was sensitive, accurate and specific, and could be applied in determining the related substances in vinpocetine.%建立高效液相色谱法测定长春西汀有关物质的方法.色谱柱C18柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-乙酸铵(0.2 mol/L)(55:45),流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量为20μL,检测波长为280 nm.结果表明,依据本法检测,长春西汀的线性关系良好,专属性强;精密度和稳定性良好.该方法准确、灵敏、专属性强,可用于长春西汀的检测.
