人工感染异养硝化菌对小鼠肝脏酶活性影响

         

摘要

The purpose of this paper is to study the heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria (Acinetobacter.Y20),a sort of bacteria with the strong ability of nitrifying ammonia,effects on the activity of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase (GOT) in mice's organizations and Liver.The mice were given to vaccinate 500 mg/kg,1000 mg/kg bacteria,in feeding within 15 d,determining the mice liver GPT and GOT changes of activity and through the biopsy observe the bacteria to mouse liver and kidney,the influence of the internal organs of the spleen.The results showed that the injection of 500 mg/kg bacteria cause small mice liver index significantly increased and decreased over the trend but still higher than those in the control group,show that the bacteria to mouse liver function the impact was not great,and inject 1 000 mg/kg of the bacteria in the liver Alt GPT and GOT activity first rise eventually lower than those of the control group,showed that the experiment of the bacteria cause damage to the liver.Through the observation of mice every biopsy found,liver,kidneys,spleen of the bacteria immune response and bacteria have certain correlation function time,when more than a certain limit will cause the after organs to change.%为研究一株有较强硝化氨氮能力的异养型硝化菌对小白鼠体内各组织及肝脏谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性的影响.分别给予实验组小白鼠接种500 mg/kg、1 000 mg/kg菌体,在饲养15 d内,测定小白鼠肝脏中GPT和GOT的活性变化,并通过组织切片观察该菌体对小白鼠肝、肾、脾脏器的影响.结果表明,注射500 mg/kg菌体造成小白鼠肝脏指数显著升高,随后有下降的趋势但是仍高于对照组,表明该菌体对小白鼠肝脏功能影响不大,注射1 000 mg/kg的菌体肝脏中GPT和GOT的活性先上升最终低于对照组,表明此实验的菌量给肝脏造成影响,观察小鼠组织切片发现,肝、肾、脾对该菌体的免疫应答与菌体作用时间有一定相关性,当超过一定限度后会引起各个脏器的改变.
