防风中乐果的提取条件优化

摘要

The ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract organophosphorus pesticide residues in saposhnikovia divaricatagas .The effect on the dimethoate extraction was studied in these static experiments of extraction time , anhydrous sodium sulfate and solvent addition , and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test .The results showed that the extraction efficiency was the best , when adding 3 g of anhydrous sodium sulfate , 60 mL of ethyl acetate, ultrasonic extraction 25 min.The results of the orthogonal experimental showed decreasing sequence of those factors on influencing significant were solvent content , anhydrous sodium sulfate content and ultrasonic extraction time .%研究了超声提取法提取防风中有机磷类农药乐果,探讨了提取时间、无水硫酸钠量和溶剂添加量等因素对防风中乐果提取的影响,并采用正交实验对提取条件进行优化.实验结果表明,加入3g无水硫酸钠、60 mL乙酸乙酯条件下,超声提取25 min,乐果的提取效果最好,且影响因素大小顺序为:溶剂量>无水硫酸钠量>提取时间.
