多维视阈下发达国家高校竞技体育人才培养模式的启示

摘要

竞技体育人才培养依托于教育体系是世界体育教育发展的主流趋势。我国高校与此相关的尝试尚处在起步阶段。本文通过对中国与发达国家竞技体育人才培养模式的分析、比较，有针对性的借鉴和学习发达国家的成功经验，力图为我国高校“体教结合”提供更多选择%　　It is the main trend of the development of physical education that the cultivation of competitive athlete relies on the education system in the world, on which China's colleges and universities are still in its infancy. The purpose of this thesis is trying to provide more choices for “the Sports and the Education Combination” of our colleges and universities by analyzing and comparing the mode  of competitive athlete training, and according to the domestic situation, learning from the successful experience of developed countries.
