应用圆弧深槽端面油膜密封的液压回转油缸泄漏特性研究

         

摘要

The power chuck is an important component for a machine tool. In order to solve the existing problem of oil allocation for the rotating hydraulic cylinders of power chucks, a new kind of rotating hydraulic cylinder based on hydraulic slip-ring oil allocation was suggested. The deep circular groove oil film face seal technology was applied in the hydraulic slip-ting. Taking into account various viscosities, the leakage property of the seal face was simulated in detail. The experiment data proves the precision of the theoretical analysis. The rotating speed of the rotating hydraulic cylinder can be improved to 10 000 r/min. These theories provide reference for the practical application of the rotating hydraulic cylinder.%动力卡盘是机床夹具的重要部件,针对现有动力卡盘用液压回转油缸的配油问题,提出一种用液压滑环配油的新型液压回转油缸方案,将圆弧深槽端面油膜密封技术应用到液压滑环中,并在考虑粘度变化情况下对密封端面处的泄漏特性进行理论分析.通过实验证明,理论分析是正确的,并可以将液压回转油缸的转速提高到10 000 r/m,为液压回转油缸的实际应用提供了参考.
