全断面岩石掘进机滚刀间距优化研究

         

摘要

为了获得全断面岩石掘进机滚刀的最佳切割参数,提高破岩效率,基于岩石断裂力学理论,分析了滚刀的破岩机理,建立了岩石的损伤本构模型,采用三维数值模拟方法对破岩过程进行了仿真分析。采用推力和滚动力共同作用的破碎机制,研究了最优刀间距的确定方法,给出了不同岩石模型的最优切割参数,最后采用线性切割实验方法对仿真结果进行了验证。结果表明,该数值模拟方法不仅能够反映滚刀的破岩机理,而且可以确定滚刀的最优切割参数,并对全断面岩石掘进机进行性能评价。%In order to obtain the optimum cutting parameters for the tunnel boring machine (TBM) disc cutters and improve the efficiency of rock breaking, the rock fragmentation mechanism was analyzed based on the fracture me⁃chanics of rock, and a three⁃dimensional (3D) numerical model was used to simulate the rock fragmentation process. Based on the damage constitutive models of rock fragmentation in which the combined action of rolling and thrust force of disc cutters take effect, the optimal spacing of disc cutters was researched, and the optimal cutting parameters for different rock models were given, and last, the linear cutting machining (LCM) test was done to validate the simulation result. The results indicate that this numerical simulation could not only reflect the rock frag⁃mentation mechanism of disc cutters, but also determine the optimum parameter of TBM disc cutters, as well as as⁃sessing the performance of TBM.
