基于贝叶斯网络的海洋工程装备故障诊断模型

         

摘要

针对海洋工程装备结构工艺复杂、质量问题难以追溯的现状,构造了以工艺活动为中心的海洋工程装备贝叶斯网络故障诊断模型。该模型通过对海洋工程装备建造全过程的工艺进行结构和参数学习,结合专家意见构建贝叶斯网络、网络拓扑结构实现故障问题的智能推理诊断,以达到为实现质量追溯系统提供理论依据、提高企业质量管理水平的目的。最后,通过分析海洋工程装备平台建造中典型的焊接工艺贝叶斯网络,说明了贝叶斯网络在海洋工程装备领域的应用及其应用效果。%Aiming at the complicated process of marine engineering equipment structure and that the quality problem is hard to be traced back, the Bayesian network fault diagnosis model of marine engineering equipment is construc⁃ted to focus on the process. This model conducts structure and parameter learning about the whole construction process of marine equipment, constructs Bayesian network in combination with expert advice, and realizes intelli⁃gent reasoning and fault diagnosis through the network topology, so as to realize the purposes of providing theoreti⁃cal basis for quality trace⁃back system, and improving the quality management level of enterprises. Finally, by ana⁃lyzing the common welding process in the construction of marine engineering equipment platform Bayesian network, the application of Bayesian network in the field of marine engineering equipment and its application effect are de⁃scribed in detail.
