卷管铺设中管道校直模型及理论研究

         

摘要

In order to straighten a pipe's plastic bending distortion during reel lay, a theoretical model was proposed on the basis of elastic⁃plastic theory. By analyzing the relevant parameters of the pipe straightening process ( such as bending moment, ratio of the plastic bending moment and elastic bending moment, and bending curvature) , the re⁃lation between the straightening curvature and the alignment curvature was obtained. The influence of the material mechanics and pipe geometric parameters on straightening curvature was investigated. And it was known that the tangent modulus has little effect on straightening curvature;thus, it was dropped from the theoretical model to sim⁃plify the calculation formula. To facilitate the implementation of pipe straightening, the straightening stroke was also obtained. Finally, the theoretical calculation results on different pipes were compared with the respective simulation results, and it was known that the differences were small, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical straighte⁃ning model. Therefore, the theoretical model can be used to guide pipe straightening when using reel lays.%为校直卷管铺设中管道的塑性弯曲变形,建立了一种基于弹塑性理论的校直理论模型。通过分析校直过程中管道的弯矩、塑弯比、弯曲曲率等参数,得到了校直曲率和校准器曲率之间的关系;研究了管道材料参数和几何参数对校直曲率的影响程度,切线模量对校直曲率影响较小,将其从理论模型中简化。为便于指导铺设时管道校直的实施,进一步得到了校直行程。最后,对不同管道的校直理论计算和仿真结果进行对比分析,结果表明:两者之间偏差较小,验证了本文所提校直理论模型的正确性,可用于指导卷管铺设中管道的校直。
