改性硅橡胶宽温域阻尼材料研究

         

摘要

为了制备基于甲基乙烯基硅橡胶( MVQ)的宽温域阻尼材料,本文以MVQ作为基体,采用共混法制备了MVQ/萜烯树脂复合材料,并探讨了其阻尼性能与松弛特性及橡胶基体网络结构之间的关系。动态力学分析表明,共混材料两个转变峰之间的阻尼因子( tan δ)明显提高。通过核磁交联密度仪分析,发现加入萜烯树脂使该材料自由链段含量增加,MVQ的交联密度降低,导致链段运动的松弛时间增加,这是提高该材料阻尼性能的主要原因。测试结果表明:该材料在-60~200°C的温度范围内tan δ>0.25。为了进一步提高其阻尼性能和物理机械性能,还制备了MVQ/萜烯树脂/乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶( AEM )三元共混型复合材料,当 MVQ/AEM 为60/40时,有效阻尼( tan δ>0.3)温域达到192℃(-7~185℃),达到了宽温域高阻尼材料的要求。%To synthesize materials with a wide temperature range and strong damping properties, methyl vinyl sili⁃cone rubber ( MVQ) was used as a matrix and an MVQ/terpene resin composite was prepared by blending. The re⁃lationship between the damping property and the relaxation property was investigated, and the network structure of the rubber matrix was analyzed. Dynamic mechanical analysis demonstrated that the loss tangent of the composites in the temperature range between the softening point of the terpene resin and the glass transition temperature of the MVQ increased as the terpene resin content was increased. Magnetic resonance crosslink density spectrometer analy⁃sis suggested that the increase in relaxation time arising from the increase of the weight fraction of the free chains and the decrease in the crosslink density of the MVQ improved the damping properties. Test results showed that tan δ> 0.25 at a temperature range of -60~200 °C. In order to further improve the damping performance and dy⁃namic mechanical properties of the MVQ/terpene resin composite, an MVQ/terpene resin/ethylene acrylate rubber ( AEM) composite was prepared. Test results showed that at an MVQ/AEM ratio of 60/40, the temperature range with effective damping properties ( tan δ> 0.3) reached 192 ℃ (-7~185 ℃). The material meets the require⁃ments of a wide temperature range and strong damping properties.
