机场道面抗冻性与冻融介质的相关性

         

摘要

To analyze the frost resistance correlation of airfield pavement concrete under the action of different airport de -icers, 19 types of concrete specimens with different mixture ratios were placed in 3.5%NaCl, 3.5%~25%ethanediol (propanediol) aircraft deicer, and 3.5% acetate-based airport pavement deicer and water for fast freeze-thaw test. Through an analysis of frost resistance parameters , linear correlation functions between the freeze-thaw resistance cycle times of concrete in different freeze-thaw media and the freeze-thaw resistance cycle times of concrete in water were es-tablished.Linear correlation functions are unrelated to the mixture ratio of concrete and its strength level , and are asso-ciated only with the type and concentration of the freeze-thaw medium;a high concentration of the freeze-thaw medium corresponds to minimal freeze-thaw destruction to the concrete .The freeze-thaw damage caused by 3.5%ethylene glycol aircraft deicer to concrete is lighter than that of 3.5%propylene glycol aircraft deicer .Calcium magnesium acetate air-port pavement deicer causes less frost damage than other acetate-based deicers.%为研究机场道面混凝土在不同种类机场除冰液作用下其抗冻性之间的相关性,本文将19种不同配合比的混凝土试件分别置入浓度为3.5%NaCl、3.5%~25%乙二醇(丙二醇)飞机除冰液、3.5%醋酸盐类机场道面除冰液和水中进行快速冻融试验.通过分析抗冻性参数,建立了混凝土在不同冻融介质中的抗冻融循环次数与水冻之间的线性相关函数.研究结果表明:此线性函数与混凝土配合比和强度等级无关,仅与冻融介质的种类和浓度有关;冻融介质浓度越高,其对混凝土的冻融破坏越小;3.5%乙二醇飞机除冰液中对混凝土的冻融破坏作用小于3.5%丙二醇飞机除冰液,醋酸钙镁机场道面除冰液对混凝土的冻融破坏比其余醋酸类除冰液小.
