It introduced the measurement and control system of static reverse damaging torque test belonging to automobile’s constant velocity universal joint assembly. It also analyzed the working principle, software and hardware of system and technical dififcult points and its solution, so that the quality of universal joint could be guaranteed.%介绍了汽车等速万向节总成性能试验中的静扭破坏扭矩试验测控系统，分析了试验的工作原理，系统的软硬件组成，测试中的技术难点以及解决方法，保证了万向节的质量安全。
