承接服务外包:广东经济转型升级的战略选择

摘要

One of the realistic strategic options to conduct economic transformation and upgrading is to undertake outsourcing for the target to build up a “happy Guangdong”. After examining the association of outsourcing with the effects of industrial upgrading,the article convinces that outsourcing is in line with the"smile curve" theory,able to achieve the continuous product improvement of the value-added chain and the industrial upgrading links between the industrials,which will help Guangdong’s economy restructuring and upgrading.%　　要建设“幸福广东”，必须进行经济转型升级，一个重要选择是承接服务外包。文章分析了承接服务外包与产业升级之间的关联效应，论证承接服务外包有利于产业向“微笑曲线”两端延伸，实现产品链附加价值的提升和环节内、环节间的产业升级，从而助推广东经济的转型升级。
