摘要

China's economy is facing great pressure of upgrading and transformation, and an effective path is to develop service outsourcing. This paper analyzes the attributes of service outsourcing as an intermediate structure, and classifies it into two types, which include "value-created outsourcing" and "logistical support outsourcing". We investigate the function of service outsourcing to economic upgrading and transformation from three angles, which are the allocation of resources, corporate restructuring and innovation. At the end, this paper puts forwards three patterns of service outsourcing in China.
