在高校学报中，对于栏目主持人工作环境的建设，尚未引起有关方面的足够重视：一些编辑部没有为其配备必要的办公条件；栏目主持人的工作地位未予明确；经济待遇方面也未得到体现。为栏目主持人营造良好的工作环境，是提高栏目主持人工作效率的需要；是栏目主持人形成凝聚力的需要；是建设学术名栏的需要；是促进学术期刊可持续发展的需要。鉴于此，有关方面要提高思想认识，努力为栏目主持人营造良好的内部和外部工作环境。%So far, not enough attention has been attached to the construction of a good working environ⁃ment for column editors of college journals. Some of the editorial departments do not provide them with the nec⁃essary working conditions with their positions undefined and their compensations not duly reflected. It is very likely that the creation of a good working environment for the column editors will bring about the improvement of their working efficiency, the enhancement of their loyalty, the building of the quality-oriented academic col⁃umns and the promotion of the sustainable development of the academic journals. In view of this, this paper pro⁃poses that the authorities concerned should enhance their understanding and strive to create a good working en⁃vironment both internally and externally for column editors.
