镧铽共发光体系化学发光法测定诺氟沙星

         

摘要

The flow injection chemiluminescence method was used for the determination of norfloxacin (NFLX). The method was based on the the weak chemical luminescence system Ce(IV)-SO32--NFLX. It has been found that co-luminescence effect of rare earth ions La and Tb could enhance chemiluminescence strength of the system. The optimum condition were discussed. The linear relationship was found between lumi-nescence intensity and concentration of nofloxacin in the range of 5.0 × 10-8 to 1.0 × 10-6 g/mL. The detection limit was 2.0 × 10-9 g/mL. The proposed method was used in the determination of nofloxacin in the samples of capsules, the average recovery was between 99.2%and 110.4%.%利用流动注射化学发光法建立了测定诺氟沙星(NFLX)的新方法.实验表明:稀土离子La3+和Tb3+对弱化学发光体系Ce(IV)-SO32--NFLX产生明显的共发光作用并增强体系的发光强度,Na2SO3-Ce (IV)- Tb3+- La3+-NFLX共发光体系可用于NFLX的测定,并对影响体系发光强度的各种因素进行条件优化,在最佳实验条件下,体系发光强度与NFLX浓度在5.0×10-8~1.0×10-6 g/mL范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限为2.0×10-9 g/mL.方法用于NFLX胶囊含量的测定,回收率为99.2%~110.4%.
