摘要

Based on interpersonal meaning in Systemic-Functional Linguistics, this paper makes a study on Direct Speech in lvy Day, in the Committee Room. The analysis shows that the writer expresses his comment through the characters＇ speaking and his attitude towards events and characters, discovering the relationship between writer, reader and character, thereby realizing interpersonal meaning of the text.%以系统功能语言学中的人际意义为理论基础，解析了《纪念日，在委员会办公室》中的直接引语的人际意义。发现作者通过借人之口表达了自己的评判，表达对事件或人物的态度，表明了作者、读者及原话语发出者即人物之间的关系，蕴涵作者的价值判断，实现语篇的人际意义。
