厌氧消化池产甲烷菌的筛选及特性研究

         

摘要

Two strains of Methanogen were isolated from anaerobic digester by anaerobic culture, and identified by the specific fluoroscopy. They were marked as strain A and strain B. A gas collector was designed to collect the methane which was produced by strain A or B. The results showed that strain A and B both could produce gas after about 20 days cultivation with methanol liquid medium, and the gas production of B strain was more than A strain' s.%从厌氧消化池活性污泥中采集样品,利用特定培养基进行厌氧培养,分离筛选得到2株菌,分别编号为A、B.通过特定荧光反应检测鉴定A、B均为产甲烷菌.利用甲醇液体培养基对A、B两种菌株进行培养,20d后两株菌均产生甲烷,且通过自制气体收集装置测定其产气量发现,B菌株的产气量高于A菌株.
