PURPOSE: A sludge grinding device of an anaerobic digester and a sludge reducing device including the same are provided to improve the efficiency of a solubilization device by pulverizing sludge with a cutter blade. CONSTITUTION: A sludge grinding device of an anaerobic digester comprises the following: a housing(210) receiving a constant amount of sludge transferred from a settling pond or a digestion tank; a sludge inlet(220), receiving the sludge, in one side of the housing; a plurality of grinding blades(230) grinding the inputted sludge; a motor(240) providing a rotation driving force to a plurality of the grinding blades; and a sludge outlet(250) discharging the grinded sludge to the outside of the housing. The sludge grinding device of the anaerobic digester further includes a flow-blocking member(260) grinding the sludge particles.
