离体条件下诱导植物多倍体的研究进展

摘要

This paper introduced the meaning of the plant ployploid and the advantages of polyploid induction in in vitro conditions. The factors related to the rate of induction and the identification methods about plant ployploid were summa⁃rized. It also discussed the application potential of polyploid induction in Jatropha curcas L breeding.%介绍了植物多倍体的含义及在离体条件下诱导植物多倍体的优势，详细论述了影响多倍体诱导率的因素以及多倍体的鉴定方法，并展望了多倍体诱导技术在小桐子育种中的应用前景。
