神经节苷脂联合长春西汀治疗方案对急性脑梗死患者康复期神经功能重建的影响

摘要

目的：：分析神经节苷脂联合长春西汀治疗方案对急性脑梗死患者康复期神经功能重建的影响.方法：选择在我院接受治疗的92例急性脑梗死患者康复期患者,随机分为观察组及对照组各46例.对照组接受基础治疗,观察组接受基础治疗＋神经节苷脂联合长春西汀治疗,对比两组治疗后脑血流灌注参数及血清神经功能、出血转化、凝血功能等相关指标含量差异.结果：观察组治疗后脑血流灌注参数CBF、CBV值高于对照组,MTT、TTP 值低于对照组；观察组治疗后血清神经生长相关因子 MBP、GAP-43、TGF-β1含量低于对照组,BDNF、NGF、IGF-1含量高于对照组；观察组治疗后血清出血转化相关指标MMP-2、MMP-9、GFAP、FN 含量低于对照组,PAI 含量高于对照组；观察组治疗后血清凝血抗凝系统相关因子vWF、TM、PC、β-TG、PF4含量低于对照组(P＜0．05).结论：神经节苷脂联合长春西汀可以促进急性脑梗死患者康复期患者的神经功能重建、抑制脑出血及再次脑梗的发生.%[ABSTRACT]Objective:To analyze the effect of ganglioside combined with vinpocetine therapy on neural functional recon-struction in convalescents with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 92 convalescents with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=46).Control group re-ceived basic treatment,observation group received basic treatment + ganglioside combined with vinpocetine therapy,and then differences in cerebral blood perfusion parameters as well as serum levels of nerve function,hemorrhagic transformation,blood coagulation function and other related indexes were compared between two groups of patients after treatment.ResuIts:Cerebral blood perfusion parameters CBF and CBV values of observation group after treatment were higher than those of control group while MTT and TTP values were lower than those of control group;serum nerve growth-related factors MBP,GAP-43 and TGF-β1 levels of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group while BDNF,NGF and IGF-1 levels were higher than those of control group;serum hemorrhagic transformation-related indexes MMP-2,MMP-9,GFAP and FN levels of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group while PAI level was higher than that of con-trol group;serum blood coagulation-anticoagulation system-related factors vWF,TM,PC,β-TG and PF4 levels of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).ConcIusion:Ganglioside combined with vinpocetine can promote the neural functional reconstruction and inhibit the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral re-infarction in con-valescents with acute cerebral infarction.
