重组人脑利钠肽对体外循环心脏直视手术患者心肌酶、血清心功能指标及氧代谢的影响

         

摘要

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To investigate and analyze the degree of influence of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for the myocardial enzymes,serum cardiac function indexes and oxygen metabolism of patients with open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods:A total of 42 patients underwent open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass were ran-domly divided into the control group (n =21 cases)and the observation group (n =21 cases).The control group was treated with routine postoperative treatment,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on the basic treatment of control group,then the myocardial enzymes,serum cardiac function indexes and oxygen metabolism indexes of the two groups before the surgery and at 2h,12h and 24h after the surgery were respectively detected and compared. Results:The myocardial enzymes,serum cardiac function indexes and oxygen metabolism indexes of two groups before the sur-gery were not significantly different (all P >0.05),while the myocardial enzymes and serum cardiac function indexes of the ob-servation group at 2 h ,12 h and 24 h after the surgery were all lower than those of control group,the oxygen metabolism inde-xes were better than the levels of control group(P all<0.05).Conclusion:The recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide can effectively improve the myocardial enzymes,serum cardiac function indexes and oxygen metabolism state of patients who un-derwent open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass,and its application value for the patients with the surgery is higher.%目的::探究及分析重组人脑利钠肽对体外循环心脏直视手术患者心肌酶、血清心功能指标及氧代谢的影响.方法:选取本院收治的42例体外循环心脏直视手术患者随机分为对照组21例和观察组21例,对照组进行常规术后治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用重组人脑利钠肽,然后将两组术前及术后2、12、24 h 心肌酶、血清心功能指标及氧代谢指标进行分别检测与比较.结果:术前两组心肌酶、血清心功能指标及氧代谢指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),而术后2、12 h 及24 h 观察组的心肌酶及血清心功能指标均低于对照组,氧代谢指标均好于对照组(P <0.05).结论:重组人脑利钠肽可有效改善体外循环心脏直视手术患者的心肌酶、血清心功能指标及氧代谢状态,对于此类手术患者的应用价值相对较高.
