消栓肠溶胶囊加茴拉西坦治疗对脑梗死康复期患者脑血流灌注、神经功能的影响

             

摘要

目的:探讨消栓肠溶胶囊加茴拉西坦治疗对脑梗死康复期患者脑血流灌注、神经功能的影响.方法:177例脑梗死康复期患者,回顾康复期治疗方案并分为对照组(n=109)、消栓肠溶胶囊组(n=68).对照组在常规治疗基础上加入茴拉西坦治疗,消栓肠溶胶囊组在常规治疗基础上加入消栓肠溶胶囊加茴拉西坦治疗.对比两组超声脑血流灌注参数水平,血清神经营养指标、神经损伤指标含量的差异.结果:治疗前,两组超声脑血流灌注参数水平,血清神经营养指标、神经损伤指标含量的差异无统计学意义.治疗后,消栓肠溶胶囊组超声脑血流灌注参数PSV、T M V的水平高于对照组,RI的水平低于对照组;血清中神经营养指标bFGF、BDNF、VEGF的含量高于对照组;血清中神经损伤指标GFAP、NSE、UCH-L1、S100B的含量低于对照组.结论:脑梗死康复期患者接受消栓肠溶胶囊加茴拉西坦治疗,可显著增加脑血流灌注并优化神经功能.%Objective:To investigate the influence of Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsules + aniracetam therapy on cere-bral blood perfusion and nerve function in patients with convalescent cerebral infarction. Methods:177 cases of patients with convalescent cerebral infarction were retrospectively reviewed and then divided into the control group(n= 109)and the Xi-aoshuan enteric-coated capsules group(n=68). Control group received aniracetam therapy on the basis of routine treatment, and Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsules group received Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsules + aniracetam therapy on the basis of routine treatment. The differences in ultrasound cerebral blood perfusion parameter levels as well as serum neurotrophy index and nerve injury index contents were compared between the two groups. Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in ultrasound cerebral blood perfusion parameter levels as well as serum neurotrophy index and nerve inju-ry index contents between the two groups. After treatment,ultrasound cerebral blood perfusion parameters PSV and TMV levels in Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsules group were higher than those in control group whereas RI level was lower than that in control group;serum neurotrophy indexes bFGF,BDNF and VEGF contents were higher than those of control group;ser-um nerve injury indexes GFAP,NSE,UCH-L1 and S100B contents were lower than those of control group. Conclusion:Xi-aoshuan enteric-coated capsules + aniracetam therapy can significantly increase cerebral blood perfusion and optimize nerve function in patients with convalescent cerebral infarction.
