125I粒子链植入序贯肝动脉灌注化学疗法栓塞术对肝癌患者肿瘤细胞杀伤效果的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨125I粒子链植入序贯肝动脉灌注化学疗法栓塞术(TACE)对肝癌患者肿瘤细胞杀伤效果的影响.方法:收集2014年9月~2016年12月在本院接受治疗的晚期肝癌患者82例,回顾治疗方案并将入组患者分为接受单纯TACE治疗的对照组患者45例、接受125I粒子链植入序贯TACE治疗的观察组患者37例,对比两组患者治疗前后血清中肿瘤标志物、血管新生指标、凋亡分子含量的差异.结果:治疗前,两组患者血清中肿瘤标志物、血管新生指标、凋亡分子含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,观察组患者血清中肿瘤标志物甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原153(CA153)、铁蛋白(Ferritin)的含量低于对照组患者;血清中血管新生指标血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)、内皮抑素(ES)、碱性成纤维细胞因子(bFGF)的含量低于对照组患者;血清中凋亡分子p53、Fas的含量高于对照组患者(P<0.05).结论:125I粒子链植入序贯TACE治疗晚期肝癌,可有效降低肿瘤恶性程度、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡.%Objective:To study the influence of sequential 125I particle chain implantation and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) on tumor cell killing effect in patients with liver cancer.Methods:A total of 82 cases with advanced liver cancer who were treated in our hospital between September 2014 and December 2016 were collected,reviewed and then divided into control group (n=45) who received TACE alone and observation group (n=37) who received sequential 125I particle chain implantation and TACE.Serum levels of tumor markers,angiogenesis indexes and apoptosis molecules before and after treatment were compared between two groups of patients.Results:Before treatment,differences in serum levels of tumor markers,angiogenesis indexes and apoptosis molecules were not statistically significant between two groups of patients (P>0.05).After treatment,serum tumor markers AFP,CA199,CA153 and Ferritin levels in observation group were lower than those in control group;serum angiogenesis indexes VEGF,PEDF,ES and bFGF contents were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05);serum apoptosis molecules p53 and Fas contents were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Sequential 125I particle chain implantation and TACE can effectively reduce tumor malignancy and promote tumor apoptosis.
