鼻咽癌组织中CD80、CD86表达量与鼻内镜术后复发及肿瘤凋亡、侵袭的相关性

         

摘要

Objective: To study the expression of CD80 and CD86 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its correlation with recurrence after endoscopic sinus surgery and invasion and apoptosis.Methods: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma lesions received resection in Nanchong Central Hospital during February 2013-March 2014 were collected and divided into recurrence group and non recurrence group according to recurrence condition 3 years after surgery.Normal nasal mucosa received biopsy during the same period were collected.The expression levels of CD80, CD86 and apoptosis molecules, invasion molecules in lesions were determined.Results: the expression CD80, ARD1, Survivin, Shh, Ptch1, S100A4, Ezrin and N-cadherin in lesion of recurrence group and non recurrence group were significantly higher than the control group, the expression CD80, ARD1, Survivin, Shh, Ptch1, S100A4, Ezrin and N-cadherin in lesion of recurrence group were significantly higher than the non recurrence group.The expression of CD86 in lesion of recurrence group, non recurrence group and control group had no significant difference.The expression of ARD1, Survivin, Shh, Ptch1, S100A4, Ezrin, N-cadherin in CD80 highly expressed nasopharyngeal carcinoma were significantly higher than that of CD80 low expression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma lesions.Conclusions: the high expression of CD80 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma participate recurrence through promoting the proliferation and invasion of tumor cells.%目的:研究鼻咽癌组织中CD80、CD86表达量与鼻内镜术后复发及肿瘤凋亡、侵袭的相关性.方法:选择2013年2月~2014年3月期间在南充市中心医院手术切除的鼻咽癌患者并根据术后3年复发情况分为复发组、未复发组,选择同期活检的正常鼻黏膜组织,检测病灶中CD80、CD86以及凋亡分子、侵袭分子的表达量.结果:复发组、未复发组病灶组织中CD80、ARD1、Survivin、Shh、Ptch1、S100A4、Ezrin、N-cadherin的表达量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),复发组病灶组织中CD80、ARD1、Survivin、Shh、Ptch1、S100A4、Ezrin、N-cadherin的表达量显著高于未复发组(P<0.05);复发组、未复发组、对照组病灶组织中CD86的表达量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).CD80高表达的鼻咽癌病灶内ARD1、Survivin、Shh、Ptch1、S100A4、Ezrin、N-cadherin的mRNA表达量显著高于CD80低表达的鼻咽癌病灶(P<0.05).结论:鼻咽癌组织中CD80的高表达能够通过促进细胞增殖及侵袭来参与肿瘤的复发.
