Objective: To investigate the effects of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine on heart function, oxidative stress and inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease, Methods: A total of 110 patients with coronary heart disease from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, randomly divided into observation group 55 cases and control group 55 cases.The patients in both groups received conventional treatment of coronary heart disease;the control group was given orally atorvastatin calcium capsules at the same time;the observation group was added with trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets on the basis of the control group.The LVESD, LVEDD, LVEF, CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, SOD and MDA levels of two groups respectively before and after treatment were compared.Results: Before treatment, the LVESD, LVEDD and LVEF levels between observation group and the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05);compared with before treatment, LVESD and LVEDD levels in the observation group and control group after treatment were significantly decreased and LVEF increased significantly (P<0.05);after treatment, LVESD, LVEDD of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group while LVEF in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment ,SOD and MDA between the observation group and the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05);after treatment, SOD in the observation group and the control group were significantly increased and MDA decreased significantly (P<0.05);after treatment, SOD in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group and MDA in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment, CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 between the observation group and the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05);compared with before treatment, the CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 of observation group and control group after treatment were significantly decreased (P<0.05);after treatment, CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions: Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine can more significantly improve cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease, and reduce oxidative stress and inflammation.%目的:探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对冠心病患者心功能、氧化应激及炎症因子的影响.方法:选取2015年6月~2016年6月西昌市人民医院收治的冠心病患者110例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组55例和对照组55例,两组患者均接受冠心病的常规治疗,对照组同时口服阿托伐他汀钙胶囊,观察组在对照组的基础上加用盐酸曲美他嗪片,分别于治疗前及治疗后比较两组患者的LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、SOD、MDA.结果:治疗前,观察组和对照组的LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与治疗前相比,观察组与对照组的LVESD、LVEDD均显著降低,LVEF均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组LVESD、LVEDD均低于对照组,观察组治疗后的LVEF高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,观察组和对照组的SOD、MDA之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与治疗前相比,观察组与对照组的SOD均显著升高,MDA均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的SOD高于对照组,观察组的MDA低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,观察组和对照组的CRP、TNF-α、IL-6之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与治疗前相比,观察组与对照组的CRP、TNF-α、IL-6均显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的CRP、TNF-α、IL-6均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪可更为显著的改善冠心病患者心功能,降低氧化应激损伤及炎症反应.
