阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗对冠心病患者心功能、炎症因子和内皮功能的影响

Objective:To investigate the effects of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine on cardiac function,inflam-matory factors and endothelial function in patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:A total of 1 64 patients with coronary artery disease were collected and randomly divided into observation group (n =83)and control group (n =81).Control group were given trimetazidine with conventional symptomatic treatments,and observation group were given atorvastatin on the basis of control group.The cardiac function,inflammatory factors and endothelial function were compared between two groups.Re-sults:No significantly differences were found in all indexes before treatment between two groups (P >0.05 ).After different treatments,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)in both group increased significantly (P <0.05).The left ventricular dias-tolic dimension (LVDD),total cholesterol (TC)and low densith lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)decreased significantly (P <0.05).LVEF in observation group was significantly higher,while TC and LDL-C were significantly lower than that in control group.High sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP),tumornecrosis factor-α(TNF-α),matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9)and malondialdehyde (MDA)decreased significantly after the treatment (P <0.05).All inflammatory factors in observation group were lower than that in control group (P <0.05).Endothelin-1 (ET-1)decreased significantly after treatment,but nitrie oxide (NO)and circulating endothelial microparticles (cEMPs)increased significantly (P <0.05 ).ET-1 in observation group was lower,while NO and cEMPs were significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Atorvastatin com-bined with trimetazidine can effectively improve the cardiac function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the endothelial function in patients with coronary artery disease.%目的：：探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗对冠心病患者心功能、炎症因子水平及内皮功能的影响.方法：164例冠心病的患者随机分成观察组(83例)和对照组(81例),对照组常规治疗及曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在此基础上加用阿托伐他汀联合治疗,对比分析两组治疗前后心功能、炎症因子水平及内皮功能的变化.结果：两组治疗前各指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P ＞0．05)；经不同方案治疗后,两组左心室射血分数(LVEF)有不同程度增加,左心室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均降低(P ＜0．05),其中观察组 LVEF 显著高于对照组,LDL-C 和 TC 水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P ＜0．05)；两组超敏 C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和丙二醛(MDA)均明显降低(P ＜0．05),其中观察组各指标显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0．05)；两组血管内皮素-1(ET-1)显著降低,一氧化氮(NO)和外周血循环内皮微颗粒(cEMPs)显著升高(P ＜0．05),其中观察组 ET-1显著低于对照组,NO 和cEMPs 显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0．05).结论：阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗可明显改善冠心病患者心功能、降低炎症因子水平以及改善血管内皮功能.
