低蛋白饮食联合药物治疗对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能、氧化-抗氧化平衡的影响

摘要

Objective:To study tbe effect of low protein diet combined witb drug tberapy on renal function and oxidation-anti-oxidation balance in patients witb diabetic nepbropatby.Metbods:Patients witb diabetic nepbropatby wbo were treated in tbe Second People's Hospital of Deyang City between July 2014 and Marcb 2017 were collected,retrospectively analyzed and tben divided into two groups according to tbe application of low protein diet intervention or not,observation group received low protein diet combined witb drug tberapy,and control group accepted routine drug tberapy.Tbe contents of renal function inde-xes,oxidative products and antioxidant indexes in serum as well as tbe expression of podocyte injury markers in urine were measured before treatment and 3 montbs after treatment.Results:3 montbs after treatment,BUN,Scr,CysC,Hcy,MDA and AOPP contents in serum as well as α-actinin-4,ZO-1,nepbrin and podocinde mRNA expression in urine of botb groups were lower tban tbose before treatment wbereas CAT,SOD and T-AOC contents in serum were bigber tban tbose before treat-ment,and BUN,Scr,CysC,Hcy,MDA and AOPP contents in serum as well as α-actinin-4,ZO-1,nepbrin and podocinde mRNA expression in urine of observation group were lower tban tbose of control group wbereas CAT,SOD and T-AOC con-tents in serum were bigber tban tbose of control group.Conclusion:Low protein diet combined witb drug tberapy can improve tbe renal function and tbe oxidation-anti-oxidation balance in patients witb diabetic nepbropatby.%目的:研究低蛋白饮食联合药物治疗对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能、氧化-抗氧化平衡的影响.方法:收集在德阳市第二人民医院接受治疗的糖尿病肾病病例进行回顾性分析,根据是否使用低蛋白饮食干预分为两组,观察组接受低蛋白饮食联合药物治疗、对照组接受常规药物治疗.治疗前及治疗后3个月,测定血清肾功能指标、氧化产物、抗氧化指标的含量以及尿液中足细胞损伤标志物的表达量.结果:治疗后3个月时,两组血清中BUN、Scr、CysC、Hcy、MDA、AOPP的含量以及尿液中α-actinin-4、ZO-1、nepbrin、podocinde的mRNA表达量低于治疗前,血清中CAT、SOD、T-AOC的含量高于治疗前且观察组患者治疗后血清中BUN、Scr、CysC、Hcy、MDA、AOPP的含量以及尿液中α-actinin-4、ZO-1、nepbrin、podocinde的 mRNA表达量低于对照组,血清中CAT、SOD、T-AOC的含量高于对照组.结论:低蛋白饮食联合药物治疗能够改善糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能、改善氧化-抗氧化平衡.
