膛内时期弹丸与身管碰撞过程分析

         

摘要

弹丸与身管碰撞是影响弹丸膛内动力响应的主要因素之一.基于建立的弹丸身管耦合非线性动力学模型,分析了膛内运动时期弹丸前定心部与身管的碰撞过程,包括碰撞力大小和碰撞状态,并分别研究了身管有无弯曲、弹丸质量偏心等因素对碰撞过程的影响.结果表明:将弹丸简化为刚体来研究弹炮耦合过程存在局限性; 身管弯曲和弹丸质量偏心均使碰撞力增大,其中身管弯曲相对于无弯曲使碰撞-弹回运动次数增加,弹丸质量偏心使贴膛运动时间延长.分析结果加深了对弹丸身管碰撞物理过程的认识,可为进一步深入研究弹丸膛内运动提供理论指导.%The impact between projectile and barrel is one of the main factors which affect the dynamic response of the projectile moving in bore. The nonlinear dynamic model of the projectile-barrel cou-pling was set up by considering elastic-plastic properties of the material with the impact including the impact force and impact status between projectile and barrel analyzed and the influence of the barrel bending and the mass eccentricity of the projectile on the impact studied respectively. The results show that it is irrational for the projectile to be treated as a rigid body, that the bending of the barrel can in-crease the impact-rebound times, and that the mass eccentricity of the projectile can extend the time of the projectile touching the bore. The analysis of the result furthers the understanding of the impact process and provides a theoretical guidance for studying the dynamic response of the projectile moving in bore.
