某型车载速射迫击炮空投着陆安全性研究

         

摘要

A dynamic model of landing shock was established based on the vehicle dynamics method and ADAMS dynamic analysis software. The accuracy of the dynamic characteristics of the model was verified through the side-impact test. The simulation results show that the maximum overload of the ve-hicle is 11. 47g with the suspension being overloaded during the buffer. The simulation analysis and e-valuation model of the buffer system were carried out under the conditions of no-loaded and full-loaded ammunition. The stability was quantified by the evaluation model and the stability values were 0. 70 and 0. 64, respectively, in the case of no-loaded and full-loaded ammunition conditions. The study shows that the gun meets the military standards of equipment requirements for airborne overloading, with the whole gun landing with ammunition having a greater impact on stability.%参照车辆动力学方法,基于ADAMS动力学分析软件,建立某型车载速射迫击炮着陆缓冲动力学模型,通过侧碰试验校核模型动力学特性的准确性.仿真结果表明车身最大过载为11. 47 g,悬架在缓冲过程中存在超负荷现象.分别在全炮空载和满载弹药两种工况下进行了空投着陆稳定性仿真对比,引入缓冲系统效能分析与评估模型,对稳定性进行量化后得出两种工况下稳定性能力值分别为0. 70和0. 64.研究表明,某型车载速射迫击炮满足空投过载军用标准,全炮带弹空投对着陆稳定性有着较大的影响.
