一种基于车载三维激光扫描技术的电杆倾斜巡查方法

     

摘要

The tilt angle of electric pole is one of the important parameters that should be considered in the design and operation of the line, it has important application value for pole tilt inspection which accurately measured the tilt angle of the pole conveniently and efficiently. In view of the shortcomings of the existing measurement methods and the characteristics of the vehicle-borne 3D laser scanning system, a new method for measuring the tilt angle of the poles based on the vehicle borne 3D laser scanning technology was proposed. First of all, drawing the cir-cular contour which direction of overlooking of the pole's top and bottom through the real data and point cloud fu-sion acquired;Two methods proposed to calculate the tilt angle 1) calculate the distance between pole's center of top and bottom and the length of pole 2) measure two center respectively, and the measurement results were veri-fied. The results show that vehicle-borne 3D laser scanning technology can rapidly inspect pole tilt effectively.%电杆倾斜角度是线路设计与运维均需考虑的重要参数之一,便捷高效地实现电杆倾斜角度精确测量,对电杆倾斜巡查具有重要的应用价值.鉴于现有测量方法的不足和车载三维激光扫描系统的特点,提出了基于车载三维激光扫描技术电杆倾斜角度测量的新方法.首先通过获取的实景和点云融合数据,绘制俯视方向电杆顶和电杆底的圆形外轮廓线;然后通过两种方法计算倾斜角度:1)测量杆顶圆心和杆底圆心之间的距离和电杆的长度; 2)测量两个圆心的坐标,并与全站仪测量结果进行对比验证,结果表明基于车载三维激光扫描技术能有效地实现电杆倾斜度快速巡查.
