FDI技术溢出影响因素的区域差异--基于中国省际工业面板数据的因子分析

摘要

通过分解影响FDI技术溢出效应的主要因子，并使用中国省际工业面板数据，测度了这些因子在东中西部地区之间影响FDI技术溢出效应的差异性。结果表明：地区之间的外贸政策对FDI技术溢出效应的影响具有趋同性，而差异较大的是市场结构与技术吸收能力。中央政府应当进一步简政放权，给地方政府更多的引资决策权，而地方政府应当立足实情，优化现有的外资政策，以推动本土企业吸收外资先进技术，从整体上提升企业的技术水平。%By decomposing the main factors affecting FDI technology spillover effect,the article uses Chinese provincial industrial panel data,measures these factors influencing from East to Mid and west FDI technology spillover effect of differences. The results show that the impact on trade policy during different regions with FDI technology spillover effect has tended towards an isomorphism,and the difference between market structure and technology absorption capacity is greater in different areas.The article suggests:Central government should further implement decentralization,give more attracting investment decision -making power and more freedom of decision -making power to local goverment;while local governments should be based on the actual situation optimize existing foreign policy to promote Domestic companies abilitis to absob foreign advanced technology,so as to enhance their skills.
