20CrMnTi钢负压真空间隙式渗氮工艺研究

     

摘要

在氮气为负压及不同温度条件下对20CrMnTi低合金钢进行真空间隙式渗氮处理,并采用自动显微硬度测试、滑动干摩擦测试手段分析渗氮硬化层的组织与性能.结果表明:经过560℃负压真空间隙式渗氮处理后的20CrMnTi钢试样有效硬化层深度能达到70μm以上,表层硬度较之原样可提高3.01倍,磨损率可降低2.91倍,综合性能最优.%Under negative pressure and different temperatures and vacuum gap type nitriding treatment of 20CrMnTi alloy steel was carried out.Microstructure and properties of the nitriding hardening layer were analyzed by automatically micro hardness test and dry sliding friction.The results showed that the optimum performance of the steel obtained when nitriding at 560 ℃,which the effective hardening layer depth of the steel is more than 70 μm,the surface hardness is 3.01 times higher than that of the untreated sample,the wear rate is 2.91 times lower than that of the untreated sample.
