当代高荡寨布依族习惯法田野调查民族志

Gaodang Village lies in the Biandanshan Mountain area of Zhengning Buyi and Miao County. Due to geographical and historical backgrounds the village has kept its primitive folk law. This paper studies the temple worship observed on the 6th of the 6th lunar month, the coexistence of ritual marriage and state law, and the collective fight against outsiders and state law.%高荡寨位于镇宁布依族苗族自治县境内,是扁担山地区布依族聚居地方的一个自然寨,由于特殊的地理环境和历史背景,较好地保留了原始习惯法文化。高荡寨阴历六月六敬神时制定规范的制度在历史上曾经是最重要的习惯法立法制度。历史上传承下来的仪式婚制度与国家法多元并存,仍然发挥着重要的作用。寨子内的人互相帮助一致对外的制度容易形成群体性斗殴事件,与国家法冲突。
