中药穴位贴敷对COPD急性加重期患者临床观察

摘要

Objective:To analyze and study the clinical nursing effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,in order to improve the nursing ability.Methods:A total of 90 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from September to February 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the experimental group were given acupoint application of TCM additionally.Observed the patients' symptoms,satisfaction,comfort,hope level,and etc.after the intervention.Results:Among 45 cases in the experimental group,only 1 patient expressed unsatisfactory with the nursing.The comfortable degree reached 8.61 ± 1.02 points,and the hope level was 40.02 ± 4.11 points.Compared with the control group,there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The time of relieving symptoms of cough,expectoration,shortness of breath,pulmonary rales was shorter for the patients in the experimental group than that in the control group,with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Aacupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine had a good effect on patients with AECOPD.It could shorten the treatment time and improve patients' level of hope and comfort,as well as their satisfaction,which is worth application.%目的:分析研究中药穴位贴敷对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的临床护理效果,以提高护理能力.方法:以2014年2月～2015年9月我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院患者共90例为临床研究对象,使用动态随机方法分为两组.对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者在对照组护理基础上使用中药穴位贴敷护理,观察两组患者护理干预后的症状、满意度、舒适度、希望水平等.结果:实验组患者45例,仅1例对护理工作不满意,舒适度为(8.61±1.02)分,希望水平为(40.02±4.11)分,与对照组比较,P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义.实验组患者咳嗽、咳痰、气短、肺部啰音等症状缓解时间均优于对照组患者,P ＜0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论:使用中药穴位贴敷对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者具有较好的效果,可以缩短治疗时间,提高患者希望水平及舒适度,并改善患者满意度,值得应用.
