血栓通冻干粉56例不良反应分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the reasons for causing adverse drug reactions induced by Xueshuantong Lyophilized Powder Injection in our hospital,to improve clinical medication.Methods:Methods of retrospective study was used to analyze the adverse drug reactions reported in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2016,and analyzed the related data,including patients' gender,age,drug allergy history,combined medication,usage and dosage,adverse reaction time,clinical manifestations.Results:The occurring rate of adverse drug reactions in patients over 60 years old was higher (46.43 ％).The majority of adverse drug reactions happened within 1 to7 days after treatment (43.75 ％).The main clinical symptoms of adverse drug reactions were allergic reaction:such as erythra,pruritu.The adverse reactions happened in the central nervous system and the digestive tract took the second place.Conclusion:Adverse drug reactions induced by Xueshuantong Injection mostly were skin allergy,especially in people over 60 years old.Clinical medication monitoring for frail and elderly patients should be strengthened.%目的:统计我院血栓通冻干粉所致药品不良反应情况,分析原因,促进临床合理用药.方法:采用回顾性研究的方法,统计我院2014年1月～ 2016年9月上报国家药品不良反应监测系统中血栓通不良反应报告,对患者的性别、年龄、药物食物过敏史、联合用药、用法与用量、发生不良反应的时间、临床表现等相关资料进行统计、分析.结果:大于60岁的老年人药品不良反应发生率较高(46.43％),用药1～7天出现药品不良反应的比例较高(43.75％).药品不良反应以皮疹、瘙痒等过敏反应为主,其次为中枢神经系统和消化道反应.结论:注射用血栓通发生不良反应以皮肤过敏为主,尤其多见于60岁以上的老年人,临床上对于体弱多病及老年患者应当加强用药监护.
