There are rich sericin protein and pupa protein in the frigon wastewater. Microwave digestion method is used to hydrolysis the protein extracted from frigon wastewater into amino acids mixture. Acid-catalyzed hydrolysis process conditions are studied and optimization, esp. the four factors and three levels of orthogonal test in a single-factor test. The results show that the effect on the conversion ratio of amino acids order is: feed ratio > concentration of sulfuric acid > hydrolysis time > microwave power. The optimal hydrolysis conditions are as following: hydrolysis feed ratio is 1: 4; concentration of sulfuric acid is 2 mol/L; digestion time is 25 min;power is 400 W.%将滞头废水中蛋白质提取出来后,采用微波消解法将蛋白质水解成氨基酸混合液.研究了硫酸催化微波水解的工艺条件并对其进行优化,在单因素试验基础上采用四因素三水平正交试验.结果表明,对氨基酸转化率的影响依次为:料液比>硫酸浓度>水解时间>微波功率;最佳水解工艺条件为:料液比为1:4,硫酸浓度2 mol/L,消解25 min,功率为400 W.
